Is Hard Rock Rewards ending?

No! We’re evolving, not ending. Current program benefits will cease on May 2, 2016.

Why is the program changing?

We have listened – and are preparing to evolve Hard Rock Rewards to better recognize and reward our guests who keep coming back by giving everyone the Rock Star treatment they deserve with one free membership level.

What happens to the current program benefits?

All current program benefits will continue to be honored through May 2, 2016. New program benefits will take effect on May 3, 2016.

How will I learn about the new benefits?

Details will be shared via email to the email address in your profile.

When will I stop earning points?

Point earning will end at the launch of new Hard Rock Rewards benefits, May 2, 2016. This will also be the last day to Request Credit online.

When will my points expire?

Current points will expire at their listed expiration date or at the launch of new Hard Rock Rewards benefits, May 2, 2016.

What if I still have points at the launch of new Hard Rock Rewards benefits?

ACTIVATED members with unexpired points will be eligible to have remaining points converted into 1 USD$15.00 Rewards Coupon. Please allow up to 1 week for issuance.

When will my Rewards expire?

Your Rewards are valid through their printed expiration date. That means your USD$15 Rewards Coupons and Priority Seating Coupons remain valid through their expiration date.

What happens to benefits for current VIP Members?

Current VIP benefits will cease May 2, 2016. As of May 3, 2016 you will receive the benefits of a Hard Rock Rewards Member.

What happens to my visit history and will I continue to earn Visits?

You will retain all of your visits. And each time you visit a unique Participating Location and make a Qualifying Purchase, you will earn a new Visit.

Do I need a membership card?

No! Simply present your virtual card through your mobile device or the Hard Rock Rewards App. Or if you like to stay old school, you can also print a version from the Hard Rock Rewards website.

How do I earn points?

Once you become a Hard Rock Rewards Member, you can start earning points for Qualifying Purchases at all participating Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, All-Inclusive Resorts, and Rock Shops. Of course, you must present your Rewards ID Number at the time of purchase. Click here for list of participating locations.

Do my points ever expire?

Yes. Points expire after 12 months.

What if I made a Qualifying Purchase at a participating Hard Rock Cafe or Rockshop before I signed up for Hard Rock Rewards? Can I still earn points?

Do you have your receipt? If you have your receipt from a recent transaction made at a participating Hard Rock Cafe or Rock Shop, look for a 15 digit Purchase Code on the receipt. Then, sign into your account and look for the “Request Credit” section of the hardrockrewards.com website. The Code must be entered exactly the way it appears on your receipt or invoice. You will have 45 days from the transaction date shown on the receipt to submit the request for credit.

Where can I view and track my Points and Rewards?

Simply sign in to your Membership Account at hardrockrewards.com.

On the My Transactions section you can view all of your Qualifying Purchase transactions posted to your account.

On the My Rewards section you can view and print your Rewards Coupons.

Why can’t I see my recent transactions on My Transactions page?

It may take up to 3 weeks for Qualifying Purchase transactions to appear on your account. After that time, if you still have a concern, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Will I be notified when I earn a Rewards Coupon?

Yes, you will receive an email letting you know a Rewards Coupon has been earned!

How do I earn a USD $15 Rewards Coupon?

Once you reach 5,000 points in Qualifying Purchases, you will be issued a USD $15 Rewards Coupon. When you’ve earned a reward you will receive an email notification and you can visit your My Rewards page to print out the Rewards coupon. Hard Rock Rewards members who are enrolled MUST activate their account before they can redeem Rewards.

Where can I use my Rewards Coupon?

The Rewards Coupon is valid for 6 months from date of issue and may be used towards Qualifying Purchases at any participating Hard Rock Cafe, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Rock Shop or at rockshop.hardrock.com.

What is the online Visit Map?

Your personalized Visit Map is where you can track all of the global Hard Rock locations you have visited! Simply log into your account and select My Visit Map to see all of your tracked visits.

What is a verified visit?

A verified visit is defined by a unique visit to a participating location PER DAY. Only verified visits count towards Milestone Rewards for VIP members.

What is an unverified visit?

Unverified visits are visits made to a location that is not participating in Hard Rock Rewards, or a past visit that has not been verified. These unverified visits may be added by anyone in the program to their visit map. However, unverified visits will not count towards a Milestone Reward for VIP Members.

What is a First Available Priority Seating Rewards Coupon?

It is a single use only coupon that allows you to skip to the front of the line to shorten the wait for a table. It may not be reprinted or reused once printed. Present to a staff member at the cafe to redeem.

How do I earn a First Available Priority Seating Rewards Coupon as a Hard Rock Rewards Member?

You earn a Priority Seating Rewards Coupon after every 3rd verified visit to any participating Hard Rock Cafe. Limit 1 verified visit per day. We will email you when your Reward is available, or you can check the My Rewards section of your account to see the status of, view and print available Rewards. Print your Rewards Coupon (it may not be reprinted) and take it with you on your next visit to any participating Cafe to receive First Available Priority Seating.

How many points do I earn for my Qualifying Purchases at participating locations?

Hard Rock Rewards Members can earn 20 points for every USD $1 Qualifying Purchases at Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops. At Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos you can earn 10 points for every USD $1 Qualifying Room Rates. You can earn 5 points for every USD $1 Qualifying Room Rates at Hard Rock All-Inclusive Resorts.

How do I know what current offers are available?

Simply sign in to your Hard Rock Rewards account and check out the latest Cafe and Hotel offers.

What do I need to do to ensure that I earn points and other program benefits whenever I stay at your Hotels?

Look for the dedicated Hard Rock Rewards check-in area at the front desk. To receive points, you must always present your Hard Rock Rewards Rewards ID number or card upon check-in and again during checkout at the Hotel to ensure you receive the full rockstar treatment.

What types of Room Rates are not considered Qualifying?

If the guest room was booked through a tour operator, online travel channel or other third party channel including, at a group rate as part of an event, meeting conference or organized tour, at a tour operator, wholesaler, or crew room rate, at a business, employee or friends and family rate, or the guest room was provided complimentary, it is not considered Qualifying.

How can I sign into my account online?

You may sign into your account at any time via the login area on hardrockrewards.com.

How do I update my email, account information and/or communication preferences?

Sign into your account and go to My Profile to update your account information. If you wish to update your email address and set your travel preferences, please go to My Preferences section on hardrockrewards.com.

I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

Simply go online to hardrockrewards.com/password, enter the email address you signed up with and click Continue. Our system will automatically send you an email with instructions on how to retrieve your password. Follow the instructions provided and you’ll be good to go.

How can I change my password?

You may change your password online after signing into your account and clicking on My Profile.

Can I have more than one person on my Rewards Account?

No, the membership is for individual use only. However, you can encourage your friends and family members to join too!

Can I transfer my points or rewards to my family and friends?

No. Any points or rewards earned are non-transferrable.
